Return Process

  Place the unworn boots or apparel back into their original Sokito box, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
